I saw the picture of Moses "getting air" on his Facebook page. Is that real or photo shopped? Is it really possible to jump like that? I am really interested in getting into this. What do I do to get started?

Hi Sally, That is not a photo shopped picture -- its all me! Everyone can learn to jump like that. It is just a matter of practice and technique. I would love to have you join our Kangoo group. Check out the class schedule and see what works for you. The first class and boot rental is free.

That sounds great. I was a Playboy "bunny" in my late teens, but two marriages and three children later, I have put on 30 pounds. I haven't been to the gym for forever, but am determined to get back in shape. I like the low impact and high calorie burning of your rebound program. I think this might work for me. If my husband takes the class will he get arms like you? Lol

This is exactly what you need. Get your azz to a class. I recommend you start with Nancy's "Back in the Game" class. After around five to eight sessions, you should be ready to graduate to my class. As for your husband's arms . . . no promises there!!

LOL. I will get my "azz" there! Hopefully there will be less of an "azz" when I finish the class. When and where? I wear a size 6 shoe.

I am from Kansas and just saw this website. I have never seen anything like this before. Moses, do you ever tour the United States? I would love to see you in action. I tried buying a pair of the boots from the cart, but it is not working yet. Will it be working soon?

It is great hearing from you Joyce. Kansas - wow! I don't have a U.S. tour scheduled at the moment, but could visit your state to hold an EXF instructor training. If you and four friends (five total) want to become rebound instructors we can make the arrangements. As for my cart, you are correct that it is not yet working. I just launched this website a few weeks ago. I will activate the cart when I get back from Europe at the end of the month. In the meantime, you can go to and buy boots on that site. I believe there is a link on my home page. I hope I get the chance to meet you in Kansas. In the meantime, happy bouncing!

Hey Sally, I forgot to mention that you should email me when you plan on attending a class so I can be sure to have size small boots for you to use. Check out the class schedule page of the website for class information. I will be back teaching classes the first week of August. In the meantime, my staff of instructors are handling the classes. Looking forward to meeting you. Not sure I have trained a playboy bunny before! Take care, MJ

I will wait until you get back. You said the first week of August -- did you mean October? I will come wearing my bunny ears!! LOL

Was looking for "extreme" workouts and found your site. What is this about? It looks wild. How about the balance? I want to try it out but don't want to hurt my ankles. I am in Northern Arizona. How do I get in on this?

    Moses James (Sunday, 25 September 2011 18:14)

Hey Ian, Good to hear from you. You will not hurt your ankles -- that is the beauty of Kangoo Jumps. It is a low impact fitness tool that protects your body. The shell of the KJ boots support your ankles much like a ski boot. Check out the health benefits section of this website under the "About Kangoo" page. The way to get in on this is to buy a pair of boots and start jogging outdoors. You can buy them on this website next week when I launch the shopping cart function, or immediately at Also, I am in the process of completing my workout video and will have it for sale soon. The video will take you through an hour long extreme workout. Get bouncing, my man!!
